Oil slick in the Red Sea: An environmental disaster looms
The Rubymar, a Belize-flagged, British-owned, and Lebanese-operated bulk carrier, was sailing through the Bab al-Mandeb Strait.
A cargo ship carrying more than 41,000 tonnes of fertilizer was hit by multiple missiles fired by Yemen's Houthi rebels, causing an oil slick in the Red Sea that could worsen into an environmental disaster, the US military said on Saturday.
