Minnesota Democratic state Sen. Nicole Mitchell arrested on burglary rap
Nicole Mitchell, a 49-year-old first-term Democrat who reps the Twin Cities suburbs of Woodbury and Maplewood, was taken into custody after a homeowner called police in Detroit Lakes -- 220 miles to the northwest -- to report an intruder.
