N.H. man awarded $140,000 in age discrimination suit
A federal jury in New Hampshire has sided with a Manchester man who said he was passed over for promotion to a full-time job by the Demoulas Market Basket chain because of his age, according to court records.
Requests for comment were made to lawyers for the supermarket chain and the plaintiff on Wednesday.
