Republican booted from N.H. House committee after 'ambush' vote
The committee re-voted abruptly on a proposed constitutional amendment related to New Hampshire’s first-in-the-nation presidential primary
In a video recording of the meeting, Berry can be heard telling confused Democratic members that the committee had already approved a motion for reconsideration. That vote appears to have taken place before cameras began rolling.
