Bitcoin mining firm Riot Platforms has proposed to acquire its rival Bitfarms for US$2.30 per Bitfarms common share. This could reportedly make Riot the largest publicly listed Bitcoin miner globally. The deal offers Bitfarms' shareholders a substant
