‘Tarzan’ Brown is inducted into the Indigenous Athletics Hall of Fame
Brown, a Narragansett Indian who lived in Rhode Island, won the 1936 and 1939 Boston Marathons and represented the US at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin.
