Brigham and Women’s nurses union reaches tentative deal to increase wages, averting potential strike
The Massachusetts Nurses Association, the union for 4,000 nurses, said negotiators from Brigham’s parent organization have agreed to a wage increase of up to 30 percent over the next two and a half years.
The increase would vary depending on where a nurse is on the wage scale, the union said.
